26,000 complaints to advertising one-stop shop (26 April 2006)

The Advertising Standards Bureau (ASB) has today published its Annual Report for 2005. The Report, which covers the ASA's first full year of regulating TV and radio as well as non-broadcast advertising, reveals that a total of 26,236 complaints were lodged in 2005 - a 16% rise on the number of complaints received in 2004.
